Not knowing how to deal with stress from a job that you hate so much is definitely not the easiest thing to do. At the same time you should not let the stress become too overwhelming because that would just worsen the whole situation. You do not want to lose your job just because your boss notices your low performance at work, and you become jobless. At least, you should prepare a replacement job first before considering resigning from the job. You can consider taking fitness instructor courses. But, you need to have an interest in working out in the gym and helping other people how to use the gym equipment and do some fitness related body movements.
After you graduate from a personal trainer course you will work as a professional personal trainer, preferably also certified. Therefore there is a need for you to make sure that the course place will issue a legal certificate for you at the end of the course. You want to have the certificate because that way people will be able to trust you more. And, ultimately, if you are good enough and trusted enough to give some people gym training, you might be hired as a professional private personal trainer who comes to your client’s place.
